American brands are no longer the coolest. Once again, my dad's advice is now in the news. When I was in college, he recommended that to improve my attention and memory I increase my dopamine uptake by eating things such as turkey. This article talks about a study emphasizing the role of dopamine in depression.

I have been practicing typing with ten fingers, so here is my progress update: Sunday- 7 wpm, Monday- 12 wpm, Tuesday- 15 wpm. So I'm making progress, albeit slowly. I'll keep you posted.
